N. PASTI
David
N. Pasti has practiced law for 20 years. In 1992, Dave opened the
Law Offices of David Pasti, focusing on Criminal and Juvenile Defense,
Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. Over the course of his law
practice, Dave distinguished himself as a skilled negotiator. As
a result, in 1998, Dave combined his legal skills and his passion
for sports to include agent representation of baseball players as
part of his practice.
Over
the past 11 years, Dave has established a reputation as a quality
baseball agent who places a high value on integrity and trust. His
professional approach has also caught the attention of the local
papers and television news. In May 2002, he appeared on the cover
of the Washington Post Magazine in a story entitled, The Agent
- What happens when you risk everything to follow your dream?
Currently,
Dave represents 9 professional baseball players and is a Certified
Major League Baseball Agent. Dave has also served as an advisor
to college and high school players in the annual baseball draft
in each of the last 10 years. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
Dave
is committed to his faith, family, and his clients. He has been
happily married to his wife of 17 years, Marie. Together they are
raising 3 boys, Jonathan, Michael, and Sammy.

JOSEPH
A. KOHM, JR.
Joseph
A. Kohm, Jr., founded Kohm Associates, Inc. in 1996, which has provided
multilateral services to professional athletes since that time.
Joe is a Certified Major League Baseball Agent and currently represents
more than a dozen professional players. He performs contract negotiations,
endorsements, and general client marketing services. Adjunct Professor
of Sports Law at Regent University School of Law.
Joe
is the author of Baseballs Antitrust Exemption: Its
Going, Going
Gone!, published by the Nova University Law Review,
and co-author of The Family Advisor: The New trend for Athletes
with Family Values, published by the University of Miami Sports
and Entertainment Law Review. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate
degree from Regent University School of Law, he earned his MBA from
the State University of New York. While earning his undergraduate
degree from Syracuse University, Joe was a member of the basketball
team that participated in the 1987 Final Four.
Joe
and his wife Lynne have been married from 17 years and have 2 children,
Bo and Kathleen. The most important part of Joes life is his
faith. He strives to be accountable to his clients by first being
accountable to God.
